Nommè is conceived as an intimate hospitality destination where artisanal craftsmanship, culinary innovation, and spatial storytelling converge. Designed as a boutique café and dining experience, the project explores the relationship between architecture and ritual, transforming everyday acts such as brewing, gathering, and conversation into memorable experiences.

The planning optimizes a compact footprint through clear zoning, fluid circulation, and layered visual connections. Warm natural materials, tactile finishes, and carefully composed lighting create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. Signature design elements, including sculptural horse installations and exposed pneumatic coffee delivery pipes, celebrate movement, engineering, and theatricality while reinforcing the brand’s identity.

Every detail is designed to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency, resulting in a space that is both functional and emotionally resonant.
